Ingredients
1 log of extra soft tofu or 11 ounces sundubu
You can have beef in 2 ounces or some pork belly
Take a few pieces of seafood like shrimp, oysters, and mussels
Vegetables: small zucchini, onion 2 - 3 ounces, 1 scallion
Spices: red chili pepper flakes, salt, pinch pepper, gochugaru as per the taste
1 teaspoon sesame oil, garlic, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 cup anchovy broth, and 1 egg which is optional
Instructions
Prep the meat into strips and clean the seafood. Cut the veggies along with dicing onion and scallion.
Get the pan on the heat and add chili pepper flakes and sesame oil, stir for a bit.
Add the meat and veggies you cut with the soy sauce into the frying pot, cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes
Pour the water and boil it to create a nice consistency
Now, it is time to pour the chunks of tofu and zucchini. While tofu is in the pot on the flame, and stir occasionally, so it does not get stick to the bottom. Let it be on the flame for 3-4 minutes.
The last step is to add the seafood and salt and pepper as per your taste. Boil for 2 more minutes and you are done. Save the scallion for the end right before you turn off the heat. Add the egg by cracking it if you want to.
